A CARDIO FAT-ZAPPER WORKOUT:
With my WBFF Pro debut being just one week away and a lifetime achievement photo shoot coming up this Monday I really needed a sweat dripping workout to get rid of 30 hours of travelling dehydration and some unwanted water retention. So, I will let you in on my secret workout I did today. Try it and let me know how you did!
The focus was high cardio training with some light bicep muscle weight training...
Bicep curls with dumbbells side raises (20 – 30 reps)
Squat jumping jacks (30 – 40)
Bicep curls with dumbbells, double speed pulses arms tucked in to face the front
(20 – 30 reps)
Squat jumps on a high step (30 – 40 reps)
Slow one arm dumbbell bicep curls (15 – 20 reps)
Slow bicep curls with dumbbells leaning forward (15 – 20 reps)
“frog jumps” up and down entire studio (5 reps)
Speed rope skipping (5 min)
Running bicep curls with dumbbells (30 – 40 reps)
And sprint again just for the fun of it!!!!
